HOW IT STARTED
Back in 2019 we ran a small charity project with Krabi Children and Family Shelter, a local home for abandoned kids. We helped buy diapers, baby milk, basic care for the kids living there. Then the pandemic stopped everything.
When we picked it back up, we realised one cause was not enough. There are other places near us doing serious work: sterilising stray dogs, treating injured elephants, rebuilding coral reefs in the Gulf.
So we opened Glur for Giving to four causes, and built it into our booking system so it runs every time someone books direct.

Love The Sea
3D-printed reef structures that rebuild bleached coral ecosystems in the Gulf of Thailand. Technology that works with marine life, not against it.
Smiledog Home Foundation
A foundation in Songkhla that sterilises street dogs one by one. Three people on staff. More than 500 dogs in their care. Less suffering tomorrow, starting today.
Southern Thailand Elephant Foundation
Free veterinary care for injured elephants across Phang Nga, Phuket, and Krabi. In 2024 alone: 50 admissions, 11,000 km on the mobile clinic. During the pandemic years they also delivered 700 truckloads of food to elephants in need.
Krabi Children and Family Shelter
A small local shelter just outside Ao Nang. It takes in abandoned and at-risk kids and gives them protection, care, and a second chance when home is gone.

The 20THB/night is calculated on your room booking and paid by Glur, not added to your bill. Your stay costs the same. The donation is real.
